Mr Scrap has been a fixture of Vero Beach, FL since first established in 1995. The business purchases a wide variety of scrap metals, including aluminum cans, copper, brass, stainless steel, aluminum, wire, and lead as well as selling scrap auto parts. Included is the 9.72+- acre scrapyard that is currently operating with necessary equipment. This will be a stock purchase agreement. The purchase includes one hundred percent (100%) of the outstanding stock of the Seller Corporation, Mr. Scrap. Buyer assumes ownership and responsibility for the Corporation (and its Assets and Real Property) and the operation of the Corporation's scrap metal business. No third party financing contingencies.
